Instructions and Information
Begin by dialing the Voice Access phone
number from any phone. A brief introduction will be presented
with a list of options. You may “speak” or press the appropriate
number. After a selection is made you must enter your
account number and security code. By voice, say each number
after the beep.
The first time you use Voice Access, you
will be required to input your PIN, (personal identification
number), which will be the last four digits of your Social Security
number or federal identification number (if the account you are
accessing has a fed id number). You will then be asked to
change your PIN to a four digit number of your choice. As
always, it's your responsibility to keep your PIN private.
If you think someone has acquired your PIN, you should change
the code immediately. Please keep in mind that security
risks increase when performing any monetary transactions with
a cordless or cellular phone.
